收到货以后看到包装的挺好的，是我对象用的，他说还不错。
根本达不到12小时，5个小时就凉了，而且不热乎，只是温的程度，踩着不舒服
鞋垫还没用，这几天天气暖和，应该没什么问题的。但我要强烈投诉快递员，竟然电话短信都不通知就把货丢在一个超市，太不负责了！
太好用了 今天用了一个 小脚再也不冰凉凉了 好评 就是快递让我等的花都谢了
用了一天还不错，基本都是热的。。
