两款营养又暖身的烤年糕

今天做了两款很满意的烤年糕，非常好吃，香香的，糯糯的，甜甜的。没有放一点糖，
红豆沙和莲蓉的甜味充盈了整个年糕。寒冷的冬天吃上这么一块热呼呼的烤年糕，别提
多美啦！
原料：糯米粉，红豆沙，莲蓉，牛奶，核桃仁，杏仁片，pure 橄榄油，鸡蛋，baking
powder
做法：
1．将一袋糯未粉倒入大容器中，加入1tsp baking powder。
2．另取一碗，打入两个鸡蛋，1/4cup 橄榄油，1 cup牛奶，打匀。
3．将蛋液倒入糯米粉中，搅拌几下，因为牛奶的量不够，可能会很干，所以需要再加
牛奶3/4cup左右，边搅边徐徐加入，视情况而定增减牛奶，只要粉浆能自如地从搅拌器
上快速流下就可以了。继续搅拌，直到不见颗粒状的糯米粉团
为止。
4．将浆液倒入先涮过薄油的烤盘里，然后加入红豆沙或莲蓉，用手轻轻压进浆液里，面
上撒上核桃仁杏仁片。
5．烤箱预热395F，烤30分钟左右，如果核桃仁或杏仁片还不够黄，每隔5分看一下，不
要偷懒。
