Plus it saves time by eliminating the need to align edges of the disc with the disc pad—the screw aligns the disc, making disc changes quick and easy. Plus it saves time by eliminating the need to align edges of the disc with the disc pad—the screw aligns the disc, making disc changes quick and easy. The level of hardness needed is dependent on the task—choose a higher density for more aggressive applications and a lower, more flexible density for less aggressive applications—and is also dependent on the user’s work style. Use these disc pads with any drill, disc sander, right angle grinder, or rotary sander with a same size external thread. Disc pads with 1/4-20 internal threads may be mounted to collet chuck tools with Roloc Shank 45102 (not included).
