This Boston Gear PLB series timing pulley is made of polycarbonate resin thermoplastic, has a 3 mm pitch and is suitable for use with 9 mm wide curvilinear tooth belts in power transmission applications that require synchronous rotation. This pulley has an aluminum insert with a 0.250" bore diameter and mounts to a drive shaft using setscrews. A flange on one side of the pulley resists side thrust in one direction and maintains belt contact, and the fiberglass-reinforced polycarbonate resin thermoplastic provides light weight and low noise.
