- Does Not Include the Cone or Delineator. Items are in the photo to identify product use only.
- Heavy Duty Construction-Grade Rip-Stop Polyester with PVC lining and triple stitched seams.
- Industrial Grade Velcro for ultimate holding power which will fit over Cones and Delineators of up to 5 in diameter.
- Simply fill with 27 lbs of sand or gravel, and install over base of Delineator/Channelizer.
