Ensure the Ear Dome fits snugly in your ear canal, make the amplifier is occlusive in the canal, if it is too loose, replace with a larger ear dome. 2. Please make sure the pulling line is below, and the volume button/dial is above when you wearing it, to wear the device properly. 3. Turning down the volume prior to insert the amplifier into the canal. Q: Sound amplifier can't work/stop working/can't hear sound? A: 1. Change a new battery, wait for 2 minutes for full optional for a new battery. 2. The ear dome or sound tube blocked by ear wax, please use the cleaning brush to clean the ear dome and sound tube. 3. Please replace the wax filter if stop hearing sound. 4. Change wax filter and clean/drain earplug regularly. What causes the feedback? Causes: If the ear dome not being fully seated in the ear canal, it is easy to leak the amplified sound.Your hands or other objects are very close to the hearing amplifier.Too much earwax, the sealing degree is not good enough. When a certain amount of sound will go back into the microphone, the sound is re-amplified which causes that annoying whistle, it is called feedback. IMPORTANT: If you hear the whistle, take off your hearing amplifier adjust the volume. If you can still hear the whistle, replace the dome with a larger one. If you feel uncomfortable due to the occlusion effect, replace the dome with a smaller one. The occlusion effect might happen within the low frequency range (below 400Hz).
