What is Minced Garlic? A garlic press makes a paste of the garlic with more of the garlic oils released. Very finely minced garlic is less than 1/16 inch in diameter, like course cornmeal. Place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes until golden. Melt butter. Stir in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. When biscuits are done baking, brush butter and minced garlic mixture over each biscuit. Serve warm. Garlic Roasted Carrots Ingredients: 24 baby carrots2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar5 cloves garlic, minced1 teaspoon dried thymeKosher salt and freshly ground black pepper2 tablespoons chopped parsley leaves Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray. Place carrots in a single layer onto the prepared baking sheet. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic and thyme; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Gently toss to combine. Place into oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until tender.
