- Double-sided adhesive tapes or sheets using 3Ms 300LSE adhesive are the strongest and most versatile ones commercially available. For that reason 3M 300LSE-based adhesives are extensively used in the auto and electronics industry. In recent years, 3M's 300LSE has become the preferred adhesive for attaching digitizers (i.e., the glass covers) to mobile phones and tablets.
- This listing here is for one sheet of 3M 8153LE double-sided adhesive of size 08" x 12". 3M offers 8153LE only in the industrial size of 24" x 36". We cut those sheets to smaller sizes and make them available to technically skilled users in smaller quantities and sizes. NON-TECHNICAL USERS BEWARE: THIS MATERIAL IS DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH (see detailed Warning in the Product Description, below).
- DIMENSIONS: Nominal: 08" x 12" (203 mm x 305 mm). Tolerance: 1/8" (3 mm). Included with each order is one page chock-full of detailed instructions and usage tips, all especially useful for first-time users of this product. While you may find sheets of 8153LE from other vendors, our detailed instructions offer valuable tips and tricks that will prevent you from ruining sheets.
