Pipe Reducing Tee Compression (25mm To 20mm x 20mm)
Use these Heavy Duty fittings to semi-permanently split or branch a single hose or MDPE pipe outlet into two. They can only be used for joining pipes of different diameters (i.e. 25mm to 20mm or 50mm to 32mm). If you want to split or branch a hose of the same diameter you will need a "Compression Pipe Equal Tee" Available in 7 sizes for splitting or branching 25mm, 32mm, 40mm or 50mm pipes. These sizes are OUTER diameters (OD). Simply choose your adapter size required with the drop down box above. Fitting Fitting couldn’t be simpler. Unscrew the caps at each end and slide these over the ends of the three pieces of pipe you want to join. Then push the pipes into the fitting until the end meets the internal stop rim. Screw the caps onto the fitting as tightly as you can. This then compresses the two white gripping rings against the pipe making a firm joint which can easily be removed by unscrewing the caps if necessary. Fitting Fitting couldn’t be simpler. Push the hose pipe ends over the barbed tails as far as they will go. This will normally suffice for normal or gravity fed water pressure. If the water pressure is high or you have problems with the hose coming away from the tails, then you may need to use "jubilee" clips or hose clips to secure the hose pipe to the fitting
