Step One Pour your Liquid Utopia in one gallon of fresh Di water. Step Two Shake your mixed gallon of Di water and Liquid Utopia thoroughly. Step three Use the your newly mixed fluid in your new loop. If you have extra Di and liquid utopia left over be sure to store in a dark space like a closet for longevity of fluid.
