A wrap-around, abrasion-resistant and fluid-resistant heat shrink that repairs extra-large wires or cables with diameters ranging from 1” to 2”. Shrink-N-Repair (XL) will strengthen undamaged wires and provide a quick repair for damaged, cracked, or chafed components without disconnection or downtime. Unlike typical heat shrink that comes in a tube form, Shrink-N- Repair (XL) is a wrap-around heat shrink solution. Installation only requires a heat gun and a standard pair of scissors. The black polyolefin 2:1 heat shrink is abrasion resistant, fluid resistant, as well as flame retardant. The clear acrylic-based transfer adhesive tape provides a secure bond that holds up against fluids, peeling, and debris. The adhesive is equipped with a paper release liner for improved shelf life and quick and easy application. Shrink- N-Repair (XL) has an operational temperature range is -67°F to 275°F (-55°C to 135°C). We also offers Shrink-N-Repair (S) for diameters of 0.05” to 0.25”, Shrink-N-Repair (M) for diameters up to 0.5”, and Shrink-N-Repair (L) for diameters 1” to 2”.
