FAQ: 1. Why my watch can not connect to my phone? A. Download the SmartWristband 3 APP correctly: Android system: Please download in Google Store, App Store IOS system: Download the latest version of "SmartWristband3" APP from Apple Store and allow all permissions of the APP, and finish the APP installation. B. Turn on the Bluetooth and GPS on your mobile phone, then turn on the SmartWristband 3 APP, scan and connect the smart band. C. Please make sure the watch is turned on (the phone cannot search the watch Bluetooth when it is turned off) D. Please confirm that the watch is not currently connected to your mobile blutooth(Please do not connect this watch with your mobile phone blutooth!!!). When the device is connected to mobile phone blutooth, you can not connect the device to APP. 2. Why can't find the Bluetooth of my watch on SmartWristband APP? Please ensure the watch is not paired with other mobile devices, if this watch had connected by other mobile phones there will be a connect symble on its interface, and you need disconnected them first. (For ios devices to untie the smart band, you need to untie it in the SmartWristband3 APP and unpair on the mobile phone Bluetooth) and then they will be completely disconnected). After that make sure the watch's screen is on, and keep the watch near your mobile phone (within 5-10 meters). Meanwhile, please allow SmartWristband APP to access your location, otherwise it won't be able to search your watch. 3. Why the watch doesn't synchronize my sleeping data to SmartWristband APP? Please allow SmartWristband APP to access your mobile phone's storage. (Go to Profile > Permission settings > Storage permissions in the APP). It usually takes 2 minutes to finish the data synchronization. Please stay on the APP page when synchronizing data. Btw, it cannot monitor your sleep under 3 hours. 4. Does this heart rate monitor is accurate? Actually, this is a fitness watch.There is a 0.01-0.05 error between it and professional equipment, so this fitness tracker only provides a reference value for your health. If you need a more accurate value, please use professional equipment to test.
