给孩子买的四本学习用书，外包装完好。打开里面唯一这本用标记有平台logo的塑料膜包着，心里咯噔一下，果然拆开来有些破，而且还写的有字。如图马上和客服联系，隔了两天才回话，就让我联系平台客服退换货。就没了。这样的服务，真厉害。卖的东西有瑕疵，搞得像买方责任似的。寄出来就拿塑料膜包起说明就是知道有问题的。第一次给差评，确实觉得服务有问题。
