A: If there is a fatal errors or SSD can not be recognized: First, Please confirm your SSD is M.2 NGFF SATA SSD; Second, please confirm whether your SSD is fully inserted into the SATA Slot. I see this enclosure just is the b key version, does it support my b+m key sata ssd? A: Yes, It supports, just confirm your SSD is SATA based, it does not support NVME based SSD. A: Please confirm whether your SSD is installed correctly. If your ssd size is 2280mm, you need to press down the first two plastic lock catch,so it will not push the SSD up or bend it.
