If the dog still bark, then spray the citronella. So you will hear the beep sound first, then spray.4. Maybe the sensitivity is too low so it can't sense the dog's bark. Please adjust the sensitivity to a higher level, after turning on the collar, press the On-Off button to adjust the sensitivity.
