Salicylic Acid 2% has been shown to exfoliate skin, shed dead skin cells and reduce scaling. This ingredient decreases skin pH and increases hydration of keratin for healthier, more comfortable skin. Sodium Thiosulfate 2% has anti-fungal properties and helps your pet’s skin naturally form the building blocks of healthy keratin. For best results, shake well and thoroughly wet your animal’s coat with tepid water. Massage small amounts of our Universal Medicated Shampoo into the coat, continuously adding water to get better dispersion. Rinse well and repeat procedure. Shampoo may be used weekly or as often as recommended by your veterinarian. Our medicated formula can be used to gently clean and soothe the skin and coat and will not wash away cat or dog flea and tick control products.
